S’mores Pie
While pie day for us is pretty much every day (because duh, ice cream and pie are delicious together), March 14th gives us extra reason to celebrate. Pi Day, as it’s known in math classes, and now ice cream companies, across the country, gives us extra reason to celebrate 3.14 and whip up a delicious dessert of S’mores Pie.
Unless you’ve been on a social media fast, you’ve probably noticed that we launched five new flavors last week, including S’mores! New ice cream to play with, pi day… S’mores Pie was the obvious choice.
Another reason to love pi day? This S’mores Pie recipe is no-bake except a quick broil (shout-out to spring, slowly creeping around the corner!), has only four ingredients, and stars your favorite ice cream to make it a top choice Pi Day indulgence.
If you’re feeling extra wild this Pi Day, definitelyyy top your S’mores Pie with more S’mores ice cream (or any one of our five new flavors… they all rock). Not a huge pie fan but in the mood to bake? Peach Crumble isn’t a bad option either.
