Toasted Marshmallow Peanut Butter Milkshake
There’s just something about peanut butter that drives us nuts in the best way ๐ If you’re a fellow peanut butter fanatic, this Toasted Marshmallow Peanut Butter Milkshake is the perfect recipe for you!
Using common kitchen equipment and ingredients, you can prepare your Toasted Marshmallow Peanut Butter Milkshake in just four simple steps. The rich swirls of peanut butter in every sip mixed with warm, gooey marshmallow recalls the joy of eating fluffernutter sandwiches as a kid. Adding a chocolate touch is just our grown-up twist on an otherwise perfect classic!
We love milkshake recipes for their simplicity, but an added bonus is just how customizable you can make your Toasted Marshmallow Peanut Butter Milkshake depending on your preferences! For example, the type of milk you choose and amount of peanut butter you add are totally up to you! In our version, we used almond milk and about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. You can shake things up even more (see what we did there?ย ๐) by switching peanut butter out for almond butter or any preferred nut butter, or whip up a version without chocolate by using a Marshmallow Peanut Butter pint in place of Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Ingredients
-
1 pint Enlightened Chocolate Peanut Butter
-
3/4 cup milk
-
1 tablespoon peanut butter (feel free to add more or less depending on your preferences)
-
8-10 large marshmallows
Directions
-
Combine Chocolate Peanut Butter pint, milk, and a generous scoop of peanut butter in a blender. Bonus points if you use a milkshake blender!
-
Blend until the shake reaches a smooth, yet thick consistency. If you like your shake on the thick side just add more ice cream!
-
Line a skewer with the desired number of marshmallows and torch until golden brown. If you don’t have skewers or a torch, line marshmallows on a sheet tray and broil for 2-3 minutes instead to achieve the same deliciously toasty outside.
-
Add a straw and whipped cream (if you’re feeling fancy) and enjoy!
