Easy Valentine Dessert: Bon Bons
Somehow Valentine’s Day seems weeks away… and then it’s here. Convenience stores have the usual candy, cards, and bears but you’re looking for something just a little bit more special. Our go-to for a heartfelt gift? A homemade yet easy Valentine dessert!
A bon bon can really refer to any kind of sweet covered in chocolate, but for us of course it had to include ice cream! We crafted this easy Valentine dessert using just four simple ingredients: ice cream, chocolate chips, coconut oil, and sprinkles. Wayyyyyy simpler than running to the store last minute (and tons tastier)!
This easy Valentine recipe is perfect for all the loved ones in your life, and a great finger food for a Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day party. These bon bons are also customizable, so while red velvet was our flavor of choice, you can go with with whatever your heart desires.
